This was an emergency project with the City of Mobile that involved removing and replacing the top of a culvert that was around 1700 feet long under North Washington Avenue. This project had a strict deadline for completion, and the MCC team was able to safely and efficiently complete the project with more than enough time for the city to have the road re-opened.
